Art Gallery of Ontario - Gehry Expansion

The AGO, located in downtown Toronto, underwent an extensive renovation and expansion in 2008 led by architect Frank Gehry. This project explored some of these new spaces, such as the Galleria Italia, with its sculptural glass and wood facade facing Dundas Street, and the iconic staircase that extends out to the south facade of the museum. I made an effort to translate the experience of visitors to the gallery through the careful incorporation of people in the architectural photographs.
